Schatten ihrer Selbst I

The contribution to the exhibition “Images of Society” at the Kunstverein Hamburg in 2007 included the results of the painting project “Steinstrasse,” created in the underpass at the Kunstverein before the exhibition opened: views of this subway passage, portraits of passersby, and tile reflections. The exhibition offered the opportunity to participate as models for the series of tile reflections “Shadows of Yourselves.” The reflections of the models on the underpass tiles were painted.
